Really enjoyable experience there. Stylish, fairly clean hotel in a very very nice area. Warm breakfast with a wide range of food. Particularly nice views, excellent service with parking next to the venue. No charge for concierge service and wake up calls too.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Barrio de Salamanca. The room was spotless and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was great, with a shower, hairdryer, and plenty of bath towels.

The location of the hotel was great - around 10-15 minutes walk from Barrio de Salamanca. The staff were immensely pleasant and amazingly kind day and night. Really enjoyed the functional-style building. Impeccably clean and compact room with 2 single beds. Revised: The hotel’s location was fantastic, just a short 10-15 minutes walk from Barrio de Salamanca. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind around the clock. Reasonably large, soundproof unit with black tissues, and affable staff.

the location, the attention of the staff were very good.
As the walls and corridors of the hotel were all beaten up and in very bad condition we asked what the reason was and were told that they were about to go through a remodeling process soon. Let's hope so and it was not an answer to stop us from questioning that bad quality in the facilities.Touching on the subject of parking was not entirely comfortable for me because it is not next to the hotel and were weeks of rain and was not comfortable having to leave the car in the parking lot and then walk back to the hotel. Nor was it entirely useful because to apply the courtesy of the hotel in the parking had to spend more than 10 hours in a row, if you had to leave twice or more in the day and you did not want to leave it inside.

The location in a very quiet area was great and there were a shopping area and a market nearby. Just 10 minutes on foot to Serrano underground, was a big plus. We had the double room which was impeccably clean and compact with basic amenities:)))

Enjoyed our time in the city, this place was really nice and conveniently located near all the main attractions like Abc Serrano 🏬. It was super easy to get around as there was public transport nearby and Puerta de Alcalá was just a stone's throw away.

There is a laptop in every room. On Saturdays and Sundays they also offered free airport transfer which unfortunately didn't work for us but was a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet was excellent on Spanish standards.
The walls of the bathroom were transparent so you better know the person you share the room with pretty well.
